About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Air Logistics Healthcare Operational Care Specialist to support time-critical, temperature-sensitive shipments within our healthcare and life sciences network. In this role, you will monitor shipments end-to-end, proactively manage exceptions, and collaborate closely with internal teams, service partners, and airlines to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality service. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMonitor and track healthcare and life sciences shipments through active alarm management
- check_circleEnsure all time- and temperature-sensitive shipments remain compliant throughout transit
- check_circleCommunicate with airlines, carriers, and service partners to resolve issues and maintain service standards
- check_circleCollaborate with Customer Service and Key Account Managers to maximize client satisfaction
- check_circleIdentify, investigate, and escalate discrepancies or service disruptions to management and customers
- check_circleManage inbound bookings and operational inquiries through shared mailboxes and phone communication
- check_circleMaintain accurate shipment documentation in compliance with country regulations, GDP, and ISO requirements
- check_circleSupport quality control processes by identifying gaps and recommending service improvements
Requirements
- verified2+ years experience in air courier, freight forwarding, or logistics operations
- verifiedProficiency in MS Office and logistics operating systems
- verifiedStrong written and verbal English skills
- verifiedIATA Dangerous Goods certification (preferred)
- verifiedSecond-language fluency (preferred)
- verifiedAuthorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
