We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator for a 2nd shift position in Hayward, CA. This role is critical for ensuring customer orders are located, selected, and picked with high accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for operating warehouse equipment safely to prepare and stage orders for shipment, maintaining a clean and organized work environment throughout your shift.
The position begins with a 2-6 week training period on the first shift (Monday - Friday, 4:30 AM - 2:00 PM) before transitioning to the permanent 2nd shift schedule (Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM). Overtime may be required to complete daily orders.
