This position focuses on performing and assisting with facility maintenance activities to ensure the efficient and safe operation of buildings, equipment, and grounds. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe workplace by adhering to safety management, EPA, and OSHA policies, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Your day will involve using data from Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to complete preventative maintenance, repairs, and record-keeping. You will interact effectively with others, even in difficult situations, and work with minimal direction while assisting your team. A key part of your role is identifying and suggesting equipment or safety improvements, reporting unsafe conditions immediately, and taking action to correct safety issues.
The role requires operating and maintaining equipment safely, including Material Handling Equipment (MHE) if trained and certified. You will also support sanitation by keeping areas clean and neat throughout your shift and end of shift. This position operates in a refrigerated warehouse environment, requiring the ability to tolerate fluctuating temperatures, including freezing conditions as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit, and work in a noisy setting.
Sunday - Wednesday, 11:00am - 9:30pm
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $25.80 per hour. This represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range in accordance with Pay Transparency requirements. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
