About the Role

This position is dedicated to performing and assisting with facility maintenance activities to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our buildings, equipment, and grounds. You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe workplace by adhering to safety management, EPA, and OSHA policies. Your day-to-day involves using data from Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to execute preventative maintenance and repairs, while ensuring all paperwork is accurate and completed on time.

You will work with minimal direction, interacting effectively with others even in difficult situations. A key part of your mission is to continually display a conscious concern for safety, reporting unsafe conditions immediately and taking action to correct them. You will also support sanitation efforts by keeping areas clean and neat, and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policies. If trained and certified, you may operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and confirm proper lockout/tagout procedures.

Sunday - Wednesday, 11:00am - 9:30pm

Compensation

Environmental Conditions

This role requires working in a refrigerated warehouse environment where temperatures can fluctuate, reaching as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit. You must be able to tolerate confined spaces, work in noisy environments, and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel-toed footwear, safety glasses, and insulated clothing. The position involves physically demanding tasks, such as lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally, and may require passing a respirator fit test.
