About the Role
This position serves as a vital link between our warehouse operations and our customers. You will provide essential customer service through the delivery and pick-up of parts and other products. The role is a hybrid of logistics and operations, with the delivery function accounting for approximately 50% of your time.
In this role, you will partner with the best in the heavy-duty industry to ensure orders are pulled, organized, and delivered with precision. You will be responsible for unloading products from shipping vehicles, storing them in designated areas, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse. Your day will involve loading materials into vehicles, securing them to prevent damage in transit, and following company delivery routes to maximize efficiency. You will also handle returns and cores, inspect stock for defects, and ensure all documentation is accurate.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleStock and maintain inventory items in designated warehouse storage areas
- check_circleMaintain warehouse cleanliness by sweeping, dusting, mopping, and emptying trash
- check_circleExamine stock items for wear or defects and report any damage to supervisors
- check_circleManeuver trucks into loading or unloading positions following crew signals
- check_circleFollow company delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency of delivery runs
- check_circleConduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain logs of vehicle service status
- check_circlePackage, label and ship customer orders via various carriers including UPS and motor freight
Requirements

- verifiedValid drivers' license with clean driving record
- verifiedForklift operator certification (highly desired)
