About the Role
This position supports the core operations of our fulfillment and customer service ecosystem, ensuring that valuable collectibles and merchandise are processed with precision and care. You will serve as a critical link between incoming orders, internal departments, and the final shipping process, maintaining the integrity of items ranging from trading cards and comic books to event tickets and coins.
Your day will involve a blend of administrative accuracy and physical handling. You will open and itemize department mail, verifying service types and eligibility before entering data into our database. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to the careful encapsulation, sealing, and inspection of collectible items, requiring a keen eye for detail to identify defects or deviations. You will also manage the packaging and shipping of returns, coordinating closely with Customer Service, Problem Orders, and Sales teams to resolve issues and handle special pricing deals.
The role demands adaptability in a fast-paced environment where you must prioritize tasks while maintaining high-quality standards. You will work within a team structure, communicating effectively to ensure smooth operations across cross-functional projects.
Schedule and Requirements
This role is scheduled for the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (or 1:30 AM), with an hourly rate of $18.00. Daily overtime is required on Saturdays as needed. A background check is mandatory for all candidates.
