About the Role
This 5-month+ Warehouse Clerk position is based in Mendota Heights, MN, serving as a critical link between our medical supply chain and patient care. The role supports the delivery and pick-up of patient medications, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that members receive the necessary resources for their health programs. You will act as a liaison between patients and the broader organization, representing the company with a focus on service and accuracy.
Day in the Life
Your day will involve maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment while managing inventory rotation and equipment tracking. You will gather supplies for patient orders, coordinate shipments via UPS, Federal Express, and couriers, and ensure all procurement activities align with company policies. This position requires a blend of logistical precision and a service-oriented attitude to support the medical needs of our community.
Hiring Process
Candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a medical warehouse or healthcare setting are encouraged to apply. The role requires availability from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a monthly weekend on-call rotation.
