This position supports the nightly operations at the Sysco Charlotte facility. The role is critical for ensuring order accuracy and efficiency before the next day's deliveries begin. You will be responsible for running necessary reports, examining double-check customers, and verifying that special order items are selected and placed on the correct pallets. The day-to-day workflow involves inspecting loads, validating weights on catch weight variation reports, and researching products that could not be found via a short chaser. Additionally, you will gather paperwork, fill out audit spreadsheets to track nightly work, and review new accounts being delivered.
