About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be a key member of our logistics operations. You may work across six different areas, including Bulk/Material Handling, Porter duties, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns processing, or Shipping. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move products safely within the warehouse. Depending on the specific area, you may also handle general cleaning, verify product accuracy, manually unload trucks, or organize and shrink-wrap customer orders.
Safety is our utmost priority. In this role, you are expected to embrace our safety culture, ensure safe work practices, and maintain a clean and safe workspace at all times. As an SC2 associate, you may be moved into various roles, including SC1 positions, as business needs dictate. You will work in a fast-paced environment that may involve seasonal temperature variations and require working at heights up to 60 feet.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible by law. We look for individuals who can quickly adopt our safety procedures and demonstrate a willingness to keep their work area clean. If hired as a Full-Time associate, you must be available to work additional hours beyond your scheduled shift, including overtime as required by business needs.

Requirements
