About the Team
Join the Staples World Class Supply Chain Team, where we deliver essential products to our customers. As an SC2 associate, you will be a vital part of our operations, potentially rotating through six key areas: Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping. Your work ensures the success of our supply chain by maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic warehouse setting. You will be essential to our mission of delivering products to customers, with a primary focus on safety and collaboration. Whether you are operating material handling equipment like forklifts and cherry pickers, manually unloading trucks, or ensuring a clean and organized workspace, your contributions drive our operations forward.
Safety is our utmost priority. In this role, you are expected to embrace our safety culture, ensuring safe work practices at all times. You will work alongside colleagues to resolve issues, foster strong relationships, and maintain a high standard of operational excellence. The role may require working at heights up to 60 feet and adapting to seasonal temperature variations.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess basic English language skills. The process includes a drug screen to the extent permissible by law. Successful candidates will be expected to adopt our safety procedures quickly and demonstrate the ability to work additional hours beyond their scheduled shift based on business needs.
