About the Team
Join the Staples World Class Supply Chain Team, where we deliver essential products to our customers. As an SC2 associate, you will be essential to the success of our supply chain operations. You may be moved into various roles across the warehouse or SC1 roles as business needs dictate.
About the Role
This position operates within a fast-paced environment where safety is our utmost priority. You will embrace our safety culture and ensure safe work practices at all times. The role involves working in one of six key areas: Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, or Shipping.
Your day will involve operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product, as well as performing manual tasks like unloading trucks, palletizing, and organizing orders. You will work with colleagues to address discrepancies, confirm product accuracy, and maintain a clean workspace. The role requires the ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations and may involve working at heights up to 60 feet.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally. Basic English language skills (both verbal and written) are required for effective communication with internal and external contacts.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $23.75/hour (which includes a $1.25/hour shift differential) with a pay-for-performance model where associates can earn additional compensation by meeting productivity thresholds. Full-time associates receive a pair of work shoes after 60 days and have access to a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, holiday pay, 401(k) matching, and wellness programs.
