Join the Staples World Class Supply Chain Team, where we deliver essential products to our customers. As an SC2 associate, you will be essential to the success of our operations, potentially moving between various roles within the warehouse to meet business needs.
About the Role
This position offers a dynamic day-in-the-life within our supply chain, where you may work across six distinct areas: Bulk/Material Handling, Porter duties, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns processing, or Shipping. Whether you are operating material handling equipment like forklifts and cherry pickers, manually unloading trucks, or ensuring a clean and safe workspace, your work directly impacts our ability to serve customers efficiently.
Safety is our utmost priority. In this role, you are expected to embrace our safety culture, ensuring safe work practices at all times. You will work in a fast-paced environment that may include seasonal temperature variations and require working at heights up to 60 feet.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible by law. Basic English language skills (both verbal and written) are required for effective communication with internal and external contacts.

- check_circleConfirm product accuracy and resolve discrepancies with colleagues
- check_circleMatch item quantities and descriptions to packing slips for returned items
- check_circlePerform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside the facility
- check_circleEnsure safe work practices and adhere to all warehouse safety procedures
- check_circlePick products weighing up to 100 lbs and load them onto pallets
- check_circleManually unload trucks and palletize products for storage or shipping
- check_circleOrganize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets
Requirements
