About the Team
Join the Staples World Class Supply Chain Team, where we deliver essential products to our customers. As an SC2 associate, you will be essential to the success of our supply chain operations. You may be moved into various roles across the warehouse, including Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, or Shipping, depending on business needs.
About the Role
This position is designed for associates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to safety. Your day-to-day will involve operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move products, as well as performing manual tasks like unloading trucks, palletizing, and organizing orders. Whether you are cleaning the facility, verifying product accuracy, or loading trucks, you will work to ensure a safe and clean workspace.
Safety is our utmost priority. In this role, you are expected to embrace our safety culture, ensure safe work practices, and quickly adopt our safety procedures. You will also foster an inclusive approach with colleagues and customers to forge strong relationships and resolve issues collaboratively.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally. If hired as a Full-Time associate, you must be willing to work additional hours beyond your scheduled shift, as overtime will be required based on business need.
