About the Team

Join the Staples World Class Supply Chain Team, where we deliver essential products to our customers. As an SC2 associate, you will be essential to the success of our supply chain operations. You may be moved into various roles within the warehouse or SC1 roles as business needs evolve.

About the Role

This position offers a dynamic day-in-the-life within our fast-paced warehouse environment. You will work a Monday-Friday shift from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The role is designed for associates who thrive in a performance-driven culture; we offer pay for performance, allowing you to earn additional compensation by meeting specific productivity thresholds.\n Depending on operational needs, you may work across six distinct areas:

Bulk/Material Handling & Replenishment: Operate equipment like forklifts, cherry pickers, and electric pallet jacks to move and pick products up to 100 lbs.
Porter: Maintain a clean and safe facility through general cleaning and basic maintenance duties, both inside and outside.
Receiving/Putaway/Returns: Collaborate with colleagues to address discrepancies, manually unload trucks, palletize products, and verify accuracy against packing slips.
Shipping: Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders, load trucks, and manage empty pallets in a high-energy environment.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible by law. Full-time associates must be willing to work additional hours beyond their scheduled shift based on business needs.
