About the Team
Join the Staples World Class Supply Chain Team, where we deliver essential products to our customers. As an SC2 associate, you will be essential to the success of our supply chain operations. You may be moved into various roles within the warehouse, including Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, or Shipping, depending on business needs.
About the Role
This position operates on a Monday-Friday schedule from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The role is dynamic, potentially involving operating material handling equipment (such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks) to move products, manually unloading trucks, palletizing, and organizing customer orders. You will also handle general cleaning, maintenance, and verifying product accuracy.
Safety is our utmost priority. In this role, you are expected to ensure safe work practices and embrace our safety culture. The environment is fast-paced, requiring you to lift, push, or pull boxes weighing between 70 and 100 pounds, and potentially work at heights up to 60 feet. The warehouse may experience seasonal temperature variations.
Compensation & Culture
We offer pay for performance, where associates can earn additional compensation if they meet certain productivity thresholds. The competitive pay rate is $23.75/hour, which includes a $1.25/hour shift differential.

Hiring Process

Requirements
