As a Warehouse Associate - Loader/Unloader within the Rental Division, you will be the backbone of our logistics flow. Your primary mission is to ensure the efficient movement of soiled and clean products between our facility and customer routes. You will drive company trucks to designated areas to unload soiled items, then load clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer products based on specific route assignments.
This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. You will be expected to maintain a high standard of quantity and quality while keeping your work area clean. The position requires physical stamina, as you will be standing for most of the shift and handling materials that may be soiled or have strong odors, often in varying temperatures. Success in this role demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
