Our teams are comprised of hardworking, dedicated individuals who work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ranging from hot outdoor environments to refrigerator and freezer settings. A thorough and comprehensive training and safety program provides the skills our associates need to be successful.
About the Role
We are currently hiring for Outbound (Shipping) positions with a 7 AM start time. While schedules vary, full-time employees typically work an average of 30 to 35 hours per week. You will be responsible for receiving or selecting stock efficiently to fulfill orders, relocating merchandise according to handling guidelines, and sorting, organizing, and loading items for shipment. The role involves unloading incoming shipments, performing inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards. You will interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership, providing input on process improvements and ensuring product quality and sanitation.
