A thorough and comprehensive training and safety program provides the skills our associates need to be successful.
About the Role
We are currently hiring for Outbound (Shipping) positions on the 1st shift with a 7 AM start time. This role involves receiving or selecting stock efficiently to fulfill orders, relocating merchandise according to handling guidelines, and sorting, organizing, and loading items for shipment. Associates will also unload incoming shipments, perform inventory counts, and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards. The position requires interacting effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership, while providing input to management on process improvements and product quality concerns.
Schedules and Pay
While specific hours vary by schedule, full-time employees average 30 to 35 hours per week. Several schedule options are available, including fixed five-day weeks and rotating weekend schedules. Pay scales increase annually based on tenure, with starting rates ranging from $22.25 to $28.25 per hour depending on the selected shift and schedule differential.
