About the Role

This Warehouse Associate / Material Handler position is a Contract to Hire opportunity based in San Antonio, Texas. You will work in a climate-controlled, fast-paced manufacturing setting featuring stamping presses and welding stations. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a supportive, family-oriented environment that values culture, recognition, and employee growth.

In this position, you will move high volumes of materials throughout the facility to support production and shipping operations. Your day will involve transporting parts between totes, utilizing carts or pallet jacks to maintain efficient material flow, and performing repetitive, fast-paced work moving large quantities of totes daily. You will also conduct quality checks, assist with inventory, and collaborate with team members to adapt to changing production needs. This is an active, on-your-feet role requiring the ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs, including frequent overhead lifting tasks.
