As the Vice President of Land Acquisition, you will manage all aspects of land acquisition, due diligence, feasibility, design, and entitlements for the Division. You will lead the team in identifying potential land targets, preparing investment packages for corporate approval, and overseeing the full lifecycle of land development activities. This role is critical to achieving starts projections and closings for new communities while maintaining a competitive edge in the market area.
