About the Role
As the VP of Digital Platforms and Engineering, you will serve as a strategic leader who envisions, builds, deploys, and maintains critical digital capabilities. This role is integral to shaping the business's future direction and performance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for digital and customer-facing technologies that aligns with our business objectives, with a specific focus on enhancing customer experience and increasing operational efficiency.
In this position, you will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team of product, quality, and engineering professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will oversee the design and implementation of digital solutions that improve customer experience across all touchpoints, including web, mobile, and on-site interactions. Additionally, you will lead the deployment of emerging technologies to create unique and engaging customer experiences while ensuring scalable, robust, and secure architectural designs for our digital systems and platforms.
