About the Role
The Expert Integration Architect serves as the strategic bridge between Acxiom's data & identity solutions and the complex ecosystems of our clients. This role is designed to lead end-to-end solution design and technical implementation, ensuring seamless data flow across online and offline channels. Beyond technical execution, the architect plays a pivotal role in new business opportunities, providing pre-sales support and establishing advanced tag and consent management frameworks. The position requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise and strong project management skills to coordinate multiple resources while driving the client's overall goals.
In this fast-paced, global environment, you will be expected to get your hands dirty to facilitate work, translating complex client requirements into precise Data, Identity, and Media Tagging specifications. You will act as the primary technical voice for the client, leading discussions on web networking (DNS, CNAMEs) and overseeing the entire lifecycle from requirements through design, development, testing, and publishing. The role demands an ability to quickly adapt to change, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively to troubleshoot data discrepancies and performance issues.
