About the Role

The Vice President of Construction Operations is a pivotal member of our executive leadership team, tasked with directing and overseeing all construction activities nationwide. This role exists to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects while meeting or exceeding expectations for safety, financial performance, quality, and schedule.

In this position, you will provide strategic leadership that fosters strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will serve as the primary authority for construction operations, guiding regional leaders and project teams to achieve consistent, high-quality outcomes. Your day-to-day involves setting the vision and performance standards for the entire enterprise, overseeing resource allocation, and driving operational excellence across all regions. You will champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, ensuring that our contractual obligations are fulfilled while advancing the company's organizational goals.
