- check_circlePartner with Touring and live agents to align recorded music and live performance strategies
- check_circlePartner with Commerce to develop streaming and physical product offerings
- check_circleManage global project budgets to ensure optimized spend and market impact
- check_circleIdentify and secure non-traditional partnerships across sports, lifestyle, and LGBTQ+ spaces
- check_circleCollaborate with Creative Services to ensure consistent visual and narrative threads
- check_circleLead internal artist teams and management calls to ensure cross-department alignment
- check_circleReview real-time data to refine campaigns and meet OKR and ROI goals
Requirements
- verified8+ years of high-level marketing experience at a major record label
- verifiedExperience within urban genres (Hip-Hop, R&B, Afrobeats)
- verified4-year undergraduate degree (highly preferred)
- verifiedExperience with advanced consumer analytics tools
- verifiedExperience with A&R processes or creative direction
Nice to Have
