As an Artist Relations Manager, you will serve as a key representative for Amazon Music within the US music landscape. This role is designed for an independent, creative problem-solver with strong business acumen who can seamlessly step into established relationships while driving new growth. You will act as an Amazon Music ambassador, educating artist teams on platform benefits, monetization opportunities, and exclusive programs like Amazon Music Originals and Breakthrough.
In this position, you will have the autonomy to define strategies that leverage the unique strengths of diverse US music markets. Success means becoming a trusted advisor to the creative community nationwide while managing complex artist-team relationships and influencing strategic plans. You will be instrumental in executing high-profile projects and artist-led content that shapes the future of the music industry.
Your day will involve shaping relationships with some of the industry's most influential artists, managers, and decision-makers. You will lead end-to-end pitches and launches for Artist Relations programs, providing strategic input for content campaigns tailored to regional cultural landscapes. Beyond relationship management, you will apply deep knowledge of US music industry trends to inform content strategy and develop scalable team processes that improve operational efficiency. You will navigate the dynamic music landscape, balancing the needs of the creative community with Amazon Music's broader strategic goals.

Established relationships and credibility within one or more major US music markets (e.g., Los Angeles, New York, Nashville, Atlanta, Miami) with a deep understanding of regional industry dynamics. Knowledge of US music industry trends, cultural movements, and key industry events across genres (e.g., SXSW, Coachella, BET Awards, CMA Fest, Grammys, Rolling Loud, Essence Fest, Americana Fest). Experience working with management companies, labels, and production partners across multiple genres and markets. Communication skills with proven ability to influence without authority and represent Amazon Music effectively to external decision-makers and internal senior leaders.
Education: Bachelor's degree or above required.
