Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage all aspects of financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, general ledger, and treasury
- check_circleAnalyze financial data and present accurate reports to support informed strategic financial decisions
- check_circleManage the physical inventory process ensuring accurate tracking, valuation, and reporting
- check_circleUnderstand and manage Bill of Materials and manufacturing cost structures for accurate product costing
- check_circleEstablish and implement financial planning processes including annual budgeting and monthly or quarterly forecasting
- check_circleReview financial plans and budgets regularly to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities
- check_circleOversee preparation of financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and regulatory filings
- check_circleDevelop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- verifiedMinimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position
- verifiedCPA certification preferred
- verifiedMaster's degree preferred
- verifiedProficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
- verifiedStrong knowledge of Bill of Materials, Manufacturing, Cost, and Physical Inventory
Nice to Have
Master's degree or CPA certification. Experience in the Distribution or Manufacturing industry.
