About the Role
The Vice President, Controller serves as a key finance leader and strategic partner to senior leadership, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing the organization's entire accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective internal controls, and efficient processes. While managing day-to-day accounting operations, the incumbent will also contribute to broader financial strategy, driving process improvements and system enhancements to support scalability.
The position requires a professional who can balance operational rigor with strategic insight, partnering cross-functionally to support business initiatives and growth strategies. You will lead the annual audit process, oversee treasury activities, and provide critical financial insights to aid executive decision-making.
