The VP, Cards and Payments will direct and lead the efforts of the Cards and Payments team to ensure exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. This role oversees all aspects of the credit union’s debit, credit, and ATM card programs, including fraud prevention, cash withdrawal and deposit solutions, and ATM solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the member experience while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will define and lead initiatives in the cards and payments space, collaborating with internal stakeholders to support cross-functional projects that drive the organization's strategic business goals.
