About the Role
The Volunteer Engagement Specialist serves as a vital internal consultant, working in consultation with the Network Director to develop and manage a quality volunteer program. This role coordinates the daily functions of Volunteer Services at assigned campus(es), ensuring that volunteer efforts align seamlessly with hospital needs and various departments. The position is designed to foster a culture of service by recruiting, training, and supporting a diverse volunteer workforce, including students and community members, to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Requirements
