About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Vocal Teacher to join our team and help shape the musical journey of our students. In this role, you will empower students to explore the genres they love while guiding them toward repertoire that best suits their unique abilities. Beyond the classroom, you will serve as a mentor, supervising rehearsals within Academy hours, maintaining our musical equipment, and collaborating with staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on developing young talent, possesses strong leadership skills, and brings a genuine enthusiasm for music education. You will be responsible for curating activities, lessons, and performances tailored to the skill sets of our students, holding auditions, and assigning parts with care. Your ability to assess individual progress and stay current with trends in both teaching and the music industry will be vital to the success of our program.
