This one- to two-year position serves as an intensive training ground for future Campus Staff Ministers within the Greater North Texas Area. The Campus Ministry Associate will work under the guidance of a Staff Minister to learn and prepare for the full responsibilities of leading undergraduate ministry. The role is designed to immerse the associate in ministerial functions, spiritual growth, and the operational realities of campus ministry, with specific assignments tailored to the individual's skills and development needs.
InterVarsity Christian Fellowship exists to advance the mission and purpose of Jesus Christ among college students. As an Associate, you will be an ambassador of this mission, engaging with students and faculty to proclaim the Gospel. You will help cast spiritual vision, foster strategic thinking within student chapters, and model a love for God's people of every ethnicity and culture. The role requires a deep commitment to daily spiritual disciplines and an ongoing call to ministry service.
This position is uniquely funded through personal fundraising. Compensation is determined by the individual's ability to secure a donor team to cover the cost of the salary. While the anticipated full-time salary range is $35,088.00 to $46,776.00 per year, the actual amount received is subject to the successful raising of funds necessary to cover the full salary within that range, including any geographic adjustments for location and cost of living.
