About the Role
Capstone is seeking a talented Visual Designer I to help shape the future of our fast-growing PebbleGo Suite. In this role, you'll bring creativity, strong visual storytelling, and user-centered thinking to the design and enhancement of Capstone's digital products, websites, and learning experiences for K–5 students, educators, and librarians.
You'll collaborate closely with Product Design, Product Management, Content, and Engineering teams to create accessible, engaging, and impactful experiences that support literacy development and spark curiosity in young learners. Building on Capstone's trusted educational content, you'll help evolve the visual direction of our products through UI design, graphic assets, brand development, visual guidelines, illustration, animation, and video support as needed.
This role is ideal for a versatile designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys solving creative challenges. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design fundamentals with strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for education and digital learning.
Our preference is for this role to be hybrid, based out of our Eden Prairie, MN location. Approximately 5-10% travel may be required.
