Happiest Baby is seeking a passionate, highly versatile Graphic Designer to lead visual storytelling across every brand touchpoint. Based in Los Angeles, this individual will serve as a team of one, supported by external contractors and creative agencies, owning the full design process from concept to execution.
This position is responsible for developing assets across packaging, website, digital marketing, retail, brand campaigns, and motion content. You will collaborate closely with our Founders, Marketing Team, and cross-functional partners to uphold and evolve the brand's identity. The role supports both our direct-to-consumer (DTC) business and our growing B2B initiatives, including our Employee Benefit Program, Health Partnerships, and Medical Affairs.
A key component of this role is owning the development of motion assets—including short-form video, animated ads, and TikTok content—to support performance marketing and brand storytelling across channels. You will partner with media and content teams to optimize these assets for engagement and platform performance.
