About the Role
We are seeking teachers and tutors with special education experience to provide 1:1 or group instruction. This is a fully remote position designed to offer maximum flexibility. You will teach from your home computer on a schedule that you control, setting your own availability and adjusting it at any time.
As a tutor on our platform, you will set your own hourly rate and negotiate on a per-job basis. You will share the subjects you teach best, and our system will systematically send job opportunities to your email based on those specialties. The role focuses on making learning fun and interactive, with the curriculum often driven by student questions and comments.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates should apply with their preferred subjects and availability. Selected tutors will be required to pass a background check if necessary. Once onboarded, tutors and teachers systematically receive opportunities as they become available, based on experience, subjects offered, and availability.
