About the Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Video Operations Engineer for an immediate, 6+ month contract role with long-term potential. This position is based onsite in Denver, CO and offers a competitive hourly rate of $50 - $52.
About the Role
As a Video Operations Engineer, you will be the guardian of our video ecosystem, managing critical operations including authentication, onboarding, VOD, DVR, entitlements, and channel lineups. Your day-to-day involves monitoring service health through advanced dashboards to ensure peak performance and availability.
You will support production deployments and releases, performing post-deployment validation to ensure seamless transitions. When complex issues arise in video delivery, middleware, or customer access, you will lead the troubleshooting efforts, conducting root cause analysis (RCA) to ensure swift resolution. Additionally, you will validate data flows across customer systems and perform capacity planning to assess scalability needs.
