About the Role
The Playback Experience Manager team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our mission: building highly available, high-throughput services crucial to delivering high-quality content to our subscribers. You will be responsible for the backend of media playback, facilitating media selection, device customization, and anti-piracy technologies.
This role offers the opportunity to build the future of Disney's media, designing and building the platforms that will power our media, advertising, and distribution businesses for years to come. Your work will serve as a signature doorway for fans' connections with the company's brands and stories, including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN, ABC, and ABC News.
