We are seeking a Video Editor to elevate our video content across YouTube long-form and paid/organic social channels. This is a hands-on, high-output role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, high-performing videos, ranging from 15-minute YouTube deep dives to 15-second paid social cuts. Your goal is to deliver platform-native content at scale, ensuring every piece of video resonates with its specific audience.

You will bring a sharp eye for story structure, pacing, and retention. Success in this role requires the ability to keep viewers engaged and the flexibility to adapt your editing style across different formats. Whether you are crafting a compelling long-form narrative or cutting a punchy social clip designed to stop the scroll, you will collaborate closely with producers and creative leads to define the visual direction and story arc.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success is measured by tangible impact on our video performance. You will be expected to produce YouTube videos that consistently hit strong watch-time and retention benchmarks. You will build a reliable, efficient post-production pipeline that moves seamlessly from rough cut to export. Your social edits will feel native to each platform rather than simply being chopped-down long-form content.
