At SweetRush, we believe that when you put people at the center of business, magic happens. As a global leader in learning and development, we blend high-end storytelling, emerging tech like AI and VR, and deep psychological insights to help organizations flourish. We are a remote-first, tight-knit community built on a foundation of radical empathy and creative excellence. Our work isn't just about the awards we win with incredible partners; it's about balancing profit with a genuine desire to spread good in the world.
This role supports the IT Customer Success and Enablement group, where the goal is to minimize disruption, enhance productivity, and improve the employee experience. As a Communications Specialist, you will partner with Instructional Designers and eLearning Developers to create content and communications that support the global IT learning enterprise. You will help drive adoption across eight key IT service areas, ranging from Learning & Enablement to Organizational Change Management and IT Continuous Improvement.
SweetRush is a remote organization, and as such, all resources must be technically savvy, have access to a strong internet signal, be comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools, and generally be available during established working hours. While the company is remote-first, this specific position requires onsite presence in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill metropolitan area.
Team chemistry is everything to us, so our ultimate goal is to find the right fit. If the role describes your interests and experience, please submit your resume. We are excited to hear from you! Please note that we are a US-based company where English is our primary language; applications must be submitted in English.
For transparency and fairness, all active searches are available on the SweetRush "Join Us" page and our LinkedIn company page. Please be mindful of cybercriminals: SweetRush would never ask for personal information such as SSN, banking information, or credit cards during the application or interview process.
