The Vice President of Analytics and AI Data is an executive business leadership role dedicated to leveraging data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to drive tangible business value. This position is pivotal in fostering a data-driven culture and ensuring the effective governance and utilization of data assets across the entire organization.
Reporting to the CEO and collaborating closely with the CIO and business domain leaders, you will define the vision, strategy, and operating model for the Data & Analytics (D&A) function. Your mission is to build trust in data, evolve technology capabilities, and develop the talent necessary to mature the organization's D&A capabilities. You will serve as the bridge between complex technical concepts and executive business objectives, communicating the value of AI and data initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.
In this role, you will lead the transformation of the enterprise by establishing a centralized data management service, overseeing the ethical use of algorithms, and ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR, the EU AI Act, and CCPA. You will drive innovation by identifying new data sources and use cases, particularly within the healthcare technology and hospital provider space, to support marketing activities and enhance enterprise profitability.

Degree in a relevant field (computer science, business administration; science technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM); data science; information systems; or related field). Academic qualification or professional training and experience in legal and regulatory areas. Previous healthcare experience. Strategy and management consulting experience. Strong knowledge in healthcare technology in hospital & specialty provider space. Strong background in data & analytics with Hospital / Healthcare provider environments. Healthcare information technology.
