Role Overview
We're looking for a Vice President of Product & Innovation to own product strategy and direction across the Cloud Coach platform. This leader will define the product vision and strategic roadmap priorities, grounded in market insight, customer experience, and business outcomes.
This role owns the strategic product lifecycle: **what we build and why. You'll define market opportunities, validate customer needs, and ensure our roadmap reflects where the market is going—not just where it's been. You'll drive business outcomes through strategic product decisions that shape adoption, retention, and expansion.
The VP of Product & Innovation reports directly to the CEO and provides strategic direction to the Product team. This role works closely with the CTO, who owns product/engineering collaboration processes and delivery execution, to ensure strategic vision translates into predictable,.
