About the Role
The Vice President, Power and Energy serves as a strategic architect for Consigli's presence across the energy sector. This role is designed to sustain trusted customer relationships while identifying and executing opportunities aligned with new developments, ongoing operations, and diversification initiatives. You will lead market strategy and business planning to support growth with existing clients and evaluate new customer opportunities, primarily focusing on markets east of the Mississippi River.
In this position, you will combine market intelligence, customer insight, and operational engagement to deliver value and expand Arch Energy's footprint across all Consigli regions. The day-to-day involves partnering with business development and operations leadership on strategic planning, overseeing operational delivery to ensure commitments are met, and representing the company at industry conferences and key customer engagements. You will also provide leadership across functional areas including legal, finance, and human resources, while recruiting and mentoring a diverse team.
