About the Role

We are hiring a VP of Finance to own the financial health of WSS and oversee all finance operations. This leader will manage AP, AR, Collections, FP&A, and bookkeeping while providing strategic guidance on budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and price increases. The role is approximately 80% management and oversight, with 20% direct involvement in budgeting and financial understanding to support the company's growth and decision-making.

As a trusted partner to leadership, you will translate financial data into actionable insights that support company planning. You will ensure finance operations are organized, reliable, and scalable as WSS grows, maintaining accountability for finance processes, controls, and deadlines. This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility across the company, offering the opportunity to shape financial strategy as the business grows and directly influence budgeting, forecasting, and pricing decisions.

This role is based in South Florida, with Connecticut and New York also considered. The position reports directly to Leadership.
