Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform daily parking and review of AR and AP invoices in SAP for assigned sub-GL accounts
- check_circleAnalyze parked invoices to validate accuracy, contract rates, and correct profitability segment assignment
- check_circleReconcile assigned sub-GL accounts and complete revenue and cost accruals for monthly close process
- check_circleAnalyze and explain monthly financial results, including the impact of accruals and business changes on margins
- check_circleCollaborate on ITMS system enhancement initiatives by participating in process reviews, testing, and implementation
- check_circleResearch and analyze Red Folder requests to assess accounting accuracy and provide recommendations for management
- check_circleReview quarterly forecasts and perform variance analysis comparing current trends to forecast assumptions
- check_circleProvide audit support for external CPAs and customers by gathering documentation and justifying billing completion
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree Required
- verifiedMaster's Degree Preferred
- verified3-5 Years of Experience in Accounting/Finance, Transportation, Supply Chain, and/or Logistics Required

Nice to Have
Master's Degree, 4-7 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, Transportation, Supply Chain, and/or Logistics, 5 years of indirect experience.
