About the Role
The Animal Dermatology Clinic in Richmond is seeking an energetic and positive Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and clients. This role is vital to maintaining the clinic's professional atmosphere and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will thrive in a team-oriented environment where you can take initiative, adapt to change, and see the big picture. The ideal candidate is accountable, punctual, and possesses a caring attitude when interacting with patients, clients, and colleagues.
In this position, you will manage client services, handle phone communications, and book appointments with accuracy. Your day will involve maintaining medical charts and computer records, assisting with pharmacy and retail sales, and supporting marketing implementation. You will also handle financial responsibilities and contribute to the maintenance and housekeeping of the clinic. Success in this role requires the ability to multi-task in a potentially stressful environment while making sound decisions.
