Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupervise and provide daily oversight of the Kennel Attendant team
- check_circleLead onboarding and training for all Kennel Attendants
- check_circleCreate and manage Kennel Attendant schedules to ensure coverage
- check_circleEnsure cleaning, sanitation, and patient support tasks are completed efficiently
- check_circleProvide real-time coaching, feedback, and performance redirection
- check_circleCoordinate diagnostics and monitor post-operative patients during swing shift
- check_circleMaintain training materials and competency checklists for staff
- check_circleCollaborate with clinical teams to support patient flow and workflow
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 2 years of experience in a veterinary hospital setting
- verifiedPrevious experience supervising a kennel or support staff team
- verifiedExperienced Veterinary Assistant or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) preferred
- verifiedExperience in a specialty and/or emergency hospital environment preferred
