About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist to serve as the heart of our clinic. In this role, you will provide skilled care to our patients and exceptional service to our clients, blending professional veterinary support with warm, compassionate communication.

You will be the first point of contact, greeting clients and their pets with a smile while managing the front desk flow. Your day will involve assisting veterinarians and technicians during examinations and surgeries, safely restraining animals, and performing basic laboratory tasks. Beyond clinical duties, you will manage client communications, handle appointment scheduling, and ensure our clinic remains a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for everyone.
