Grafton Animal Care Center has been serving Taylor County since 1984. As a small animal-exclusive clinic, we are known for our compassionate care and commitment to treating pets as family. While we provide essential diagnostics and minor surgical procedures like spays and neuters, we operate by appointment only to ensure focused attention on every patient. For more advanced imaging services, we partner with our main facility, Fairmont Veterinary Hospital.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for outgoing professionals with a strong background in patient care and handling who thrive on building meaningful connections with clients and their pets. In this role, you will be the bridge between our medical team and our clients, ensuring an efficient exam room workflow while maintaining accurate, detailed medical records.

Your day will involve reviewing treatment plans and discharge instructions with empathy and clarity, answering client questions, and supporting the veterinarian's orders during outpatient care and procedures. This position is ideal for team members who excel in client engagement and schedule management while delivering exceptional care.
