About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Veterinary Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will partner with our Veterinarians and Vet Techs to deliver exceptional care to our pets and pet parents. You will provide a high level of compassion as you interact with clients and support our cohesive teams in whatever is needed, from scribing during visits to assisting with procedures.
You will serve as a guide through the client's visit experience, clearly communicating pricing estimates and treatment plans. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) featuring a rotating schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week. We offer flexible scheduling models with schedules released at least a month in advance, supporting a culture centered in learning, development, career pathing, mentorships, empowerment, and trust.
