About the Role
The Vendor Sourcing Specialist supports the Exteriors department by acting as the prime point of contact for vendors over commercial, contractual, and practical arrangements. This role is designed to use independent judgment and discretion to locate vendors and negotiate terms in a way that best benefits the company.
In this position, you will build collaborative relationships, monitor and develop vendor performance, and ensure seamless, high-quality service. You will take ownership of complex issues escalated by clients with a sense of urgency, maintaining responsibility for ultimate resolution while working closely with the operations team to identify and terminate underperforming vendors. The role requires a deep understanding of varying client scopes of work and the ability to convey those requirements effectively to our vendor network.
