- check_circleTrack project dependencies, milestones, and critical path activities
- check_circleGenerate and deliver schedule status reports, metrics, and dashboards
- check_circleSupport Program Management Office reviews, briefings, and audits
- check_circleIdentify scheduling risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies
- check_circleAnalyze schedule performance and variances to ensure alignment with program goals
- check_circleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely schedule inputs

Requirements
- verified5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA
- verified3-5 years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or program coordination
- verifiedProficiency with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera
- verifiedExperience maintaining and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- verifiedUS Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- verifiedPMP and/or PMI-SP certification preferred
Nice to Have
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Demonstrated experience designing and improving workflows and processes. Experience managing and optimizing processes for compliance and performance. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification.
